Celebshare is a marketing platform for local sellers to sell their products with the help of influencers/content creators.

To join Celebshare, you must:

1. Fill your business or personal details here: https://celebshare.getslurp.com/wish-list
2. You'll be contacted within 7 business days for further inquiries 
The products sold on Celebshare are shipped from Malaysia and to be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. 

However, due to MCO 3.0, parcels will be shipped within 1-7 business days as Celebshare believe in playing part to curb with Covid-19. We reduce the number of postage to be done in a week. 

You'll receive a confirmation order and tracking number via EMAIL once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship. 

You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard domestic shipping via Poslaju. Estimated to arrive within:

  • 1-3 business days (West Malaysia)
  • 3-5 business days (East Malaysia)
Please note that during holidays and promotions, order processing times may be subjected to delays.

We truly believe in quality hence we do our best in fulfilling our customers' orders. 

However, we also believe that mistakes can happen therefore, if you receive a defected or problematic parcel, please contact our customer support and provide us with your details and photos/videos:

2. Email to celebshare@getslurp.com

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will keep improving. 
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund but because we want to provide the best for our customers, we provide an initiative to exchange.

Exchange policy:
1. Report to our side through celebshare@getslurp.com or customer support service (bottom right of your screen) within 7 days from the date you received. We only accept unused products in its original packaging. 
2. Photos or videos must be provided in order to process the exchanging request.
3. We will provide you the address details to ship your parcel.

Please bear in mind that exchange are ONLY offered for items that are defective, damaged or  incorrectly shipped.

If the items is out of stock or unavailable, we would proceed with refunding process.

Celebshare values quality in every products sold through the platform. We filter and ensure all products comply with regulations. 

"No size fits all" is the journey that every beauty or cosmetics enthusiast has to go through. 

All products are made to ensure it serves benefits to all skin, however, since we were all created uniquely, there is a case or two where the product is unsuitable for a person.

If irritation occurs, please discontinue usage. Comply with the instructions.
